Sometimes we just want to enjoy having fun without the hassle of a hot oven and measuring ingredients. This chocolate lolly activity is perfect for spending time just enjoying yourselves making yummy treats!
You will need:
- Large bar of ordinary milk chocolate
- Grease proof paper
- Lolly sticks (we got ours from Lakeland, but you can get them online)
- Decorative sprinkles or marshmallows or silver balls
How to make:
Step 1: Melt the chocolate. Put a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water and add the chocolate.
Step 2: Stir the chocolate so it’s all gooey then splat a blob onto some grease proof paper.
Step 3: Place the lolly sick halfway up on top of the chocolate blob then pour a little more chocolate to cover the top of the stick over.
Step 4: Decorate with sprinkles, nuts, silver balls or whatever you fancy, then pop into the fridge for 2 hours.
Repeat this until you have as many lollies as you need.
The best bit is the decorating … oh and the eating bit too! (Although in this weather you have to eat them quickly!!)
